BrightSky Residential commenced construction on its first build-to-rent (“BTR”) community in Charlotte at 1325 Peachtree Road. Named Peachtree, the new community will encompass 152 townhomes on an 18.5-acre site within the I-485 beltway and is expected to be ready for leasing in winter 2027.

BrightSky, a residential real estate development company operating exclusively in the BTR sector, will include the popular features that have led its homes to be quickly leased at its existing communities.
