Two-Hour Service Commitment
During office hours we will respond to all non-emergency maintenance inquiries within two hours of resident contact.
Home on Your Terms
Everyone’s situation is different, and we’ve designed our leasing options to be enticing for first time home renters and those who want to lock in a longer duration rate. We offer one of most generous lease length options in the industry–giving you more control and certainty to plan life around.
Brighter Communities Program
Community collaboration and neighbor support is an important part of who we are. We fund quarterly events or programs led by our on-site teams based on the interest of our residents. Called “Brighter Communities,” Ask the Resident Services team how you can join your peers and get involved in the local community (with our support)!
Sharing the Love
At BrightSky, we’re committed to sustainability through renewable energy initiatives—including solar power across many of our California communities. In locations with solar programs, the energy generated helps offset costs that support the maintenance and operation of shared community amenities. A portion of the savings is also applied as a credit toward your monthly utility bill.
BrightSky Listens
It’s the experience after you move-in that really matters. We take resident communication seriously and provide a variety of ways for you to offer feedback and suggestions. You may be invited to share how your experience at BrightSky is going with leaders, and you’ll certainly hear what’s new in our neighborhoods. Our goal: get better everyday!
